We're looking for passionate and reliable Bank Practitioners to join our team at Little Chiefs Day Nursery, Boston.

The Role

As a Bank Practitioner, you'll provide cover for staff absences, holidays, and busy periods across our nursery rooms. You'll:

  • Support the learning and development of children aged 0–11 years.
  • Deliver engaging activities tailored to children's interests and next steps.
  • Ensure children's safety and wellbeing at all times.
  • Work as part of a friendly, supportive team that values professionalism and fun in equal measure.

What We're Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential).
  • Sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
  • A caring, patient, and positive approach.
  • Flexibility to work across different age groups and shifts.
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
