About the Role

This is a field-based role covering Scotland, focusing on the Electrical Merchants and DIY markets. If you're passionate about strategic sales, building strong customer relationships, and delivering growth in a competitive, fast-paced sector, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion Luceco's brand portfolio across the region
  • Drive distribution and secure new customer partnerships
  • Implement sales strategies aligned with growth objectives
  • Grow brand awareness and market penetration
  • Maintain strong, solutions-focused relationships with key accounts
  • Keep accurate records using the company's CRM system
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform local strategies
  • Conduct product training and support promotional initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best-in-class customer experience
  • Report on performance and provide regular sales forecasts

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' proven experience in a field-based sales role
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Commercially focused, able to work autonomously across a large territory
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Scotland
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

  • Experience in trade or wholesale sales within the electrical industry
  • Familiarity with multi-brand, multi-channel environments
