Sweetzy are one of the biggest online pick n mix companies in the UK, based in Hethel Norfolk, we are able to offer lots of sweet treats to our customers, at an affordable price, whilst helping to minimise unnecessary waste to the environment and we are currently looking to recruit a customer service advisor to join our team.

The role is home based and is offered on a part time basis of a flexible 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday) starting 5th January 2026. This position would be great for someone who is looking for a flexible role and needs a job to work around their life style.

Full training will be provided, this would take place at our head office in Hethel NR14 8QR.

Your duties will include, but is not limited to the following:

  • Responding to online queries
  • Responding to Trustpilot queries and reviews
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Processing customer returns
  • Liaising with external companies when any discrepancies arise
  • Any other tasks set by the Operations and/or Office Manager

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Zendesk would be an advantage
  • Driving license/access to a vehicle due to the location (for training only)
