As we continue to go from strength to strength, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to assist with day-to-day operations throughout our e-commerce warehouse, supporting the efficient and effective running of daily activities while upholding our high standards across the entire site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control and order fulfillment.
  • Support warehouse staff, forklift drivers, and shift supervisors.
  • Across the site all day supporting various teams
  • Monitor equipment use, warehouse layout, and safety protocols.
  • Implement procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
  • Report key metrics such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and damage rates.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a management role, preferably within distribution, warehouse, industrial, or related sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent understanding of distribution processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Physically able to be hands-on with occasional heavy lifting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule:

  • Start time: Immediate
  • Job Type: Permanent, 44.5 hours a week
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5:30pm
  • Occasional Saturday work
  • Work Location: In person

  • Oswestry: reliably commute, please note access via public transport is limited

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
