Business Development Manager

We are searching for a highly accomplished and strategically-minded Business Development Manager, with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through effective business-to-business sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute a B2B sales strategy that supports company growth and identifies key markets for growth.
Manage the full B2B sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, negotiation, closing, and ongoing client relationship management.
Meet or exceed KPIs for revenue, lead generation, conversion, acquisition cost, and retention; regularly reporting results to the senior leadership team.
Conduct market and competitor reseach to identify trends and refine value propositions.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
Requirements:
Experience driving revenue and leading successful B2B sales operations.
Proven ability to create and execute effective B2B sales strategies and meet ambitious targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create data-driven plans.
Proactive, results-focused mindset with a passion for B2B sales and client success.
