Role Summary
We are seeking a Product Manager with strong analytical and creative skills to lead the development of innovative software products. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring products meet market needs and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Analysis & Market Research:
Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Product Road-mapping:
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Feature Definition & Prioritization:
Translate business requirements into clear features and prioritize for maximum impact.
- Wireframing & UX Design:
Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive user interfaces and prototypes.
- Innovation & Greenfield Projects:
Drive creativity and lead initiatives for new product development from concept to launch.
- Agile Delivery & DevOps Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering teams, leveraging DevOps practices for efficient delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in software product management.
- Strong background in UX design, wireframing, and feature prioritization.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
Preferred Skills
- Experience initiating greenfield projects.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with creative problem-solving.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
