London, Greater London, United Kingdom InvestEngine Full time £90,000 - £120,000 per year
About InvestEngine

InvestEngine is everything the modern investor should need. Unbeatable value, market-leading automation, and built for easy, long-term investing. We've built a strong foundation, have over £1.5billion invested, award-winning service, and a passionate team, now we're ready to scale. That's where you come in.

About the Role

We're looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to lead and scale our digital acquisition engine. You'll be responsible for driving growth across paid channels and optimising for performance every step of the way - from spend efficiency to customer lifetime value.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who's just as comfortable getting into the data as they are leading a team and agency partners. You'll own the performance strategy, execute high-impact campaigns, and ensure we're reaching the right audience with the right message at the right time.

What You'll Do
  • Own the performance marketing strategy across paid social, SEM, affiliate & influencers, display, and other digital channels
  • Manage and optimise monthly budgets with full accountability for acquisition KPIs (CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.)
  • Work closely with our creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns with our brand and commercial goals
  • Test and scale new channels, audiences, and funnel tactics to unlock incremental growth
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team to execute with speed and precision
  • Collaborate with analytics and finance teams to ensure accurate attribution, forecasting, and reporting
  • Stay ahead of trends and platform updates to keep us on the cutting edge of performance marketing
Who you are
  • 7+ years experience in performance marketing, ideally within a high-growth consumer brand or fintech
  • Proven track record of scaling digital acquisition with a sharp eye for data and performance metrics
  • Deep experience across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic, and affiliate channels
  • Strategic thinker and skilled executor—can build a roadmap and get your hands dirty to make it happen
  • Highly analytical with strong working knowledge of attribution modelling, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
  • Passion for personal finance and making investing more accessible is a huge plus
  • Leadership mindset with a collaborative approach—driven to win as a team
How We Work

We're a lean, fast-moving team that values clarity, ownership, and transparency.
You'll have the freedom to experiment, the responsibility to follow through, and the backing of a team that values clear thinking and open dialogue. We believe in solving problems at the root, not just treating the symptoms.

What We Offer

Impact from day one
You'll take on meaningful work from the start, tackling real challenges that drive the stability, efficiency, and growth of our business.

Room to grow
As we scale, you'll have opportunities to expand your responsibilities, influence how we work, and help shape our long-term direction.

Transparent and open culture
We share decisions openly, keep communication channels clear, and encourage collaboration across every part of the business.

Supportive, high-calibre team
Work alongside talented professionals who are experts in their fields — smart, driven, and generous with their knowledge.

Remote first and flexible
Work in the way that best suits you. We focus on results, not rigid hours, and trust you to manage your time effectively.

Our Hiring Process
  1. Introductory call with our Talent team
  2. Gamified cognitive assessment to understand how you think and problem-solve
  3. Interview loop: four independent interviewers from the team. May include a practical task. Each interviewer scores independently; the decision is based on combined evidence.
