The Role
We're looking for a
creative, resourceful, and hands-on Content Creator / Marketeer
who can bring the Bo brand to life across all digital channels. From short-form videos to product campaigns, Web images, and community content, you'll be the person shaping how the world sees bo.
You'll work closely with the founders, design, and product teams to create content that resonates with our riders, energises our community, and strengthens our position as the most desirable e-scooter brand on the planet.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand goals and major product launches.
- Create high-quality short-form and long-form content (video, photo, copy) for social (IG, YouTube), email, website, and ads.
- Manage and grow Bo's social channels with a consistent tone of voice and visual identity.
- Plan and run campaigns around launches, collaborations, and community events.
- Work with product and design teams to translate technical features into engaging consumer-friendly stories.
- Analyse content performance and iterate based on insights.
- Manage content calendars, creative workflows, and production timelines.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all customer touchpoints.
Who You Are
- A natural storyteller with a strong visual and editorial eye.
- Proficient with video and photo production (shooting + editing), on mobile and larger cameras
- Skilled at writing clear, compelling copy in a consistent brand voice.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Comfortable working end-to-end: concept → script → shoot → edit → publish.
- Data-curious: able to interpret performance metrics and translate them into action.
- Organised, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Experience in lifestyle, mobility, consumer electronics, or design-led brands is a plus.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in content creation, social media, marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio of video, photography, and/or copywriting work.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut/Premiere, or similar tools.
- Ability to work on-site with the team
- Passion for urban mobility, design, technology, and understanding the humans behind the journeys.
