We're looking for a creative, reliable, and highly organised Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to help us elevate our brand, accelerate our recruitment campaigns, and build a strong, loyal online audience.

Requirements
Role Overview

As our Content Creator & Social Media Specialist, you'll take full ownership of planning, producing, and delivering engaging digital content across all platforms. You will play a central role in how MJP presents itself online, working closely with leadership to support campaigns that include:


• Partner recruitment

• VIP Consultation service promotion

• Service campaigns (EICRs, consumer units, EV installations, rewires, etc.)

• Community stories and brand awareness

• Our transition into the TradeStarz multi-trade model

You'll have the freedom to be creative — but also the responsibility to deliver consistently, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities


• Produce compelling video, photo, and graphic content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)

• Manage a content calendar that aligns with company campaigns and brand plans

• Create short-form video reels, story sequences, and social ads that convert

• Support recruitment campaigns with high-impact storytelling and partner-focused content

• Develop content for our VIP Consultation and premium service packages

• Respond to social media interactions and build authentic engagement with our audience

• Monitor analytics and performance data to guide content strategy

• Stay ahead of platform trends and integrate new ideas into our content mix

• Work closely with leadership to ensure all content supports wider marketing and business objectives

• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels
