Role Overview
As our Content Creator & Social Media Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our digital presence. You'll develop engaging content that resonates with our audience while embodying our brand values. Your expertise will help us grow our online community and connect with potential customers in innovative ways.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create compelling and visually appealing content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery and aligned messaging
  • Engage with followers and build a loyal online community through regular interactions and moderation
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media
  • Design and implement social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Utilise analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Stay up to date with industry trends to ensure our content remains relevant and fresh
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with promotional initiatives and business objectives

Requirements
*Qualifications and Skills*

  • Proven experience as a content creator or social media specialist (2+ years)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for detail
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Video editing skills are essential
