Duties

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
  • Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering positive relationships with followers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software is an advantage but not essential.
  • Driving License is Required for Commuting to Clients
