Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an out going, creative individual We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and improve our marketing on social media. This role requires a keen understanding of public relations and social media management, as well as the ability to engage with our audience effectively. You will need to create daily, engaging posts demonstrating the work we do.
As a Manufacturer and installer of Windows, Doors and Conservatories there will be an abondance of ways to create eye catching content for the social media posts. All camera and recording equipment can be provided (site visits will be required).
Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the staff to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Analyse performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster community engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
Skills
- Proven experience in public relations and social media management.
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights from social media metrics.
- Familiarity with social media management tools is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
