How you'll power our business as a Senior Customer Relationship Advisor
As a Senior Customer Relationship Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in resolving customer complaints, queries, and disputes with efficiency and professionalism.
Your responsibilities will encompass addressing issues related to supply, billing, pricing, and service. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that complaints are resolved promptly, all while maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
Your expertise and dedication will be crucial in fostering positive customer relationships and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we're working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040. We're already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas. We're also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases. Here's what you'll be doing
Managing and handling customer complaints.
Investigation and resolution.
Prioritise sensitive situations and identify for escalation.
Monitor and respond to customers through the various social media channels.
Provide insight into customer concerns through accurately logging complaints.
What we'll need from you
Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Ability to manage complex situations and handle multiple cases.
Able to resolve complaints efficiently and to a high standard.
Evidence great attention to detail through consistent customer communication.
Ensure that high quality of verbal and written communication is evidenced through QC Process.
Mange workload efficiently to optimise time spent speaking with customers and number of complaints resolved daily.
Works collaboratively across the business to find the optimal outcome for all parties.
