**Supplier Relationship Advisor**
Location: Leicester, LE1

**Salary**: up to £30,000 per annum DOE
Role timings: Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm (1 hour lunch)
2 Permanent Vacancies
Flowers Associates are currently seeking two experienced Supplier Relationship Advisors to join a well-established company based in Leicester LE1 to fully service a key client and manage supplier relationships.
The Role:
The primary focus of this role is to ensure effective, efficient, and cohesive operations Supplier Relationship support for a key Client.
The successful Supplier Relationship Advisor will be responsible for the following duties:

- Support the engagement programme with appropriate suppliers to ensure regular communication and feedback.
- Develop and maintain great working relationships with appropriate personnel both internally and externally, ensuring consistent communication is given to suppliers.
- Hold regular reviews with set number of suppliers; collating, analysing, and interpreting performance data for the basis of formal reviews.
- Escalate and provide feedback on persistent poor performance to the Supplier Relationship Manager for formal action plans.
- Send supplier communications when required and track returns.
- Draft service schedules and other relevant supplier documentation for the Supplier Relationship Manager.
- Utilise and interpret performance measurement metrics and data in the generation of supplier scorecards and client dashboards, making recommendations for interventions where needed.
- Track and monitor supplier non-conformances with the internal systems.
