L'Oréal LUXE is seeking an Amazon 3P FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon) Manager to spearhead our pioneering 3P FBA journey in Europe. This is your chance to shape the future of luxury beauty on Amazon for Aesop
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Establish L'Oréal LUXE as a best in class Amazon 3P FBA seller with our brands at the heart of everything you do.
- Deliver on an ambitious 3 year growth plan to elevate our brands as market leaders on Amazon, for both sales (sell in and sell out) and profitability.
- Management of 3P pricing, selection, inventory, and reporting within seller central to maximise our performance whilst honouring the terms of our 3P agreement (95% price relevancy and assortment, 90% in stock rate, 100% prime experience etc).
- Monitor our eCommerce performance through KPIs to accurately manage your stock, sell in, sell out and profitability. Anticipating budget drifts and communicating plans in an actionable timeframe.
- Management of the Amazon 3P P&L, meeting the planned criteria within budget and trend.
- Protecting our brand image and UX through gating management and proactively notifying Amazon of breaches of the gating agreement.
- Work closely with our eCommerce and brand team to improve the performance on Amazon 3P. Gain category captaincy by leveraging promotions, media, partnership marketing, events and other key levers (Availability, Awareness, Customer Reviews).
- Create and elevate our Luxury differentiation online at Amazon vs competition, elevating our CX vs competition to step change what Luxury looks like on Amazon.
- Collaborate with the eComm leadership team and Zone teams to deliver regular clear and informative updates on this key topic, with UK being the lead country for Europe.
Who You Are
- Proven success in commercial account management (preferably with Amazon)
- Knowledge of how to succeed on Amazon (preferably 3P FBA)
- You're a strategic thinker with a track record of driving growth and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
- You thrive on data and use it to make informed decisions, optimise performance, and identify opportunities.
- Working within the parameters of a detailed eJBP whilst maximising brand sales and awareness
- Multi-stakeholder management and how to deliver impactful and concise performance reports
- You build strong relationships and effectively communicate across teams to achieve shared goals.
- You anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and take ownership to drive positive outcomes.
