Heroes buys, operates, and scales baby and juvenile brands.
We are ambitious multi-brand developers combining operational excellence with customer-centricity to support parents and children through every milestone of their journey. Built by a team with a background in investment banking, venture capital, and D2C eCommerce, we have the right experience to nurture and grow brands and develop products that simplify, support, and enrich everyday family experiences.
At Heroes, we leave our egos behind, get our hands dirty, and push through obstacles to get things over the finish line. If this sounds like you, you should join us.
We're looking for a strategically minded Amazon Brand Manager to lead Snuggle Me and Tutti Bambini — two most prominent brands in Heroes portfolio. These brands are experiencing rapid growth through international expansion and a pipeline of exciting product launches. Both brands are already highly established outside of Amazon, and we're now looking for someone to build on that strong foundation and unlock their full potential on the Amazon platform. This is your chance to make a tangible impact in dynamic, trend-driven categories with big momentum.
As Brand Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the business strategy for Snuggle Me and Tutti Bambini, supported by a high-growth, collaborative team. You'll be responsible for Amazon P&L and scaling performance across multiple Amazon marketplaces by developing and executing go-to-market strategies, leading marketing initiatives to drive traffic, optimising content to improve conversion, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence and the highest customer satisfaction.
This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, data-led
environment. Your success will hinge on your deep understanding of your ASINs, your ability to spot opportunities or diagnose performance issues, and your strategic approach to unlocking brand growth.
- Analyse ASIN-level performance to identify sales trends, uncover growth opportunities (top and bottom-line), and implement data-driven strategies to improve key metrics such as traffic, conversion, and profitability
- Own the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, partnering with cross-functional teams to shape commercial briefs and contribute ideas to product development.
- Day-to-day maintenance of product listings on Amazon. This includes: best seller tags, monitoring metrics shifts, understanding market trends, changing customer profiles, demographics, daily reporting, competitive landscape, pricing changes, liaising with offshore customer service teams, and inventory monitoring.
- Develop short- and long-term strategies to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate of acquired products including: price optimisation, PPC, packaging/inserts, coupons and deals, customer communications, creative, changing package dimensions, subscribe and save, removing unprofitable products and more.
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reporting for all products, coordinating with our finance team to ensure we are showing an accurate P&L.
- Proactively catch issues before they are problems and understand everything about the ecosystem in which your products are selling (e.g., competitor landscape, industry landscape, Amazon marketplace rule changes).
- Interface with our legal team in the event of intellectual property or other legal issues, such as product suspension or identifying an illegal seller of our product.
- Coordinate with our Customer Experience Manager and overseas customer service team to ensure we are providing a world-class customer experience for your product portfolio.
- Coordinate with our supply chain team to ensure products are always in stock, of premium quality, have updated packaging, and have all appropriate required certifications
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, product management, marketing, or an analytical function, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of Amazon eco-system experience (preferably 3P - Seller Central)
- Positive and proactive attitude, reliable, transparent, and enjoy working with different types of people
- Strong commercial awareness, capable of making data-driven decisions that contribute to business growth and profitability
- Highly analytical self-starter who can manage multiple projects and figure out complex problems without a lot of oversight.
- Ability to dig through data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of organisation, and impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to handle deadlines and prioritise work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
