Position Summary

The position is responsible for executing the international expansion efforts of Amazon for e.l.f. Cosmetics

and e.l.f. SKIN. Current markets include Amazon Germany, Italy, Ireland and new markets may include but are not limited to: Europe, APAC, Latam, etc. This candidate will have strong working knowledge of the Amazon Vendor Central business model with experience in managing a large catalog and high-growth business.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Amazon, you will manage a vast array of job functions (account management,

analytics and reporting, brand growth strategy development and execution, etc), act as the daily contact for

the Amazon agency, and be a key stakeholder in managing internal and external teams. Successful candidates will work in collaboration with all cross-functional teams to develop sustainable growth.

Specific Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To:


• Oversee launch/expansion/business development efforts for the Amazon EU business for e.l.f.

Cosmetics and e.l.f. SKIN, working closely with the Sr. Director, Amazon, based out of NYC


• Account management of Amazon markets post-launch


• Establish strategies to increase topline and bottom-line performance, working towards set goals


• Build and develop strong relationships with the Amazon Retail team, leading weekly calls with the

team, acting as the main POC, as well as the Amazon Ads team


• Manage the Amazon agency relationship on a daily basis, across email and weekly calls, and divide

daily account management roles and responsibilities for the success of the Amazon business


• Lead the new item setup process, launching newness throughout the year, managing the agency to

ensure excellent execution from initial set up to inventory receival


• Own the content and creative on Amazon (A+ Content, Brand Store, etc), working with both internal

and external teams to translate our brand message to Amazon


• Own the merchandising and event calendar on Amazon, working closely with the Vendor Manager

on future opportunities


• Daily account management responsibilities include, but are not limited to: sales reporting, Amazon

management, operations tracking, content and creative management, chargeback tracking


• Build strong relationships and collaborate internally across all cross-functional teams, including

Operations, Brand, Creative, Sales, Integrated Marketing, teams among many others


• Work closely with the Operations team, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining healthy

inventory levels at all times, tracking fill rates and chargebacks, leading a weekly operations call


• Assist with weekly and monthly reporting, insights and analysis to determine business performance


• Explore opportunities for strategic growth opportunities to continue growing the business


• Work closely alongside the Account Managers for CA and International, finding efficiencies and

sharing learnings for collective global growth

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or similar field


• 5+ years of direct and hands-on experience with Amazon, specifically within Pan-EU markets

(knowledge of Vendor Central is a must)


• Strong operations background, including order management process and strong knowledge of key

Amazon supply chain KPIs


• Experience with web merchandising, content and creative optimization


• Ability to operate independently given direction, bring ideas and solutions to issues raised


• Ability to analyze and assess organizational needs and provide solutions accordingly


• Interpersonal savvy; an ability to effectively work with and connect with all levels of employees

across multiple functions and geographies


• Strong project planning, tracking & organizing skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present data in an organized

manner


• Agency management experience required. Lead agency partnership on responsibilities above.
