Role Overview

PerfectTed is looking for an
Amazon Manager
— an entrepreneurial, delivery-first operator who loves solving problems, scaling marketplaces and working in a founder-led environment that moves fast.

This is a
pivotal hire
for us. You'll be the
first member of a new internal Amazon team
within eCommerce, and as the channel grows, this role will grow with it. We expect to hire multiple roles into this team over the next 12–24 months, giving you the opportunity to help shape the team's structure, ways of working and long-term strategy.

We're incredibly ambitious. We're scaling across the UK and internationally, and we want someone who thrives on ownership, commercial thinking and execution at pace.

You'll manage the full Amazon ecosystem across multiple markets: account health, marketplace strategy, PPC, SEO, listing optimisation, case management, retail readiness and international expansion. This role is deeply hands-on — perfect for someone who enjoys being close to the work, making fast decisions and delivering meaningful performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Strategy & Commercial Growth

·      Own the Amazon strategy across UK + international markets

·      Manage core commercial KPIs (revenue, ROAS, TACoS, contribution margin, ranking)

·      Identify opportunities across pricing, promotions, search trends and competitor behaviour

·      Lead international expansion, new market launches and category growth

·      Develop roadmap plans that align with the eCommerce and brand strategy

Listing, Content & SEO

·      Own listing optimisation: titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords and SEO

·      Oversee A+ content, Brand Store updates and retail readiness

·      Launch new SKUs with strong keyword coverage and conversion foundations

·      Partner with creative on content briefs and testing.

Amazon PPC (Full Ownership)

·      Run all Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns

·      Build full-funnel structures (branded, non-branded, competitor, category)

·      Hit ROAS and spend efficiency targets

·      Lead keyword strategy, search term mining and ongoing optimisation

·      Report on performance and insights clearly and commercially

Operations, Account Heath & Case Management

·      Manage all Seller Central case logs and issues (suppressions, FBA errors, catalogue fixes)

·      Maintain 100 percent account health compliance

·      Partner with Ops to forecast stock, plan FBA replenishments and reduce lost sales

·      Resolve disputes, stranded inventory, chargebacks and logistics challenges

Reporting, Insights & Scaling

·      Build dashboards and run weekly/monthly reporting

·      Provide commercial insights on conversion, keywords, price elasticity and category trends

·      Use data to make strategic recommendations, not just diagnose problems

·      Help plan and shape the future Amazon team as additional roles are hired

Requirements

Must-Haves:

·
4+ years hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central

·      Proven experience owning and optimising
Amazon PPC

·      Strong understanding of marketplace operations, SEO and FBA

·
Highly commercial
, with a track record of owning targets and driving profitability

·      Excellent problem-solving and follow-through

·      Independently organised, fast-moving and
entrepreneurial

·      Preference for implementing
Ai and automation

Nice-to-Haves:

·      Startup or high-growth environment experience

·      Experience launching products in multiple countries

The Ideal Candidate Is

Entrepreneurial, unflappable, detail-obsessed and commercially sharp. You're ambitious, love building, improving and scaling — and you want to grow alongside a team that's only just getting started.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive package including equity (EMI options)
  • Private healthcare
  • Career development budget (courses, coaching, tools)
  • Stunning Shoreditch office shared with inspiring teams
