What will you be doing as a Internal Relationship Manager?
As a Relationship Manager, you'll manage and develop key partnerships within our agent network, helping them maximise the value of Movebutler's products and services. Acting as the bridge between partner agents and internal teams, you'll ensure performance accuracy, operational alignment, and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner agents to achieve KPIs and performance targets.
- Deliver engaging product and system training to help partners fully utilise Movebutler's tools.
- Review agent performance data to identify growth opportunities and drive adoption across Movebutler modules.
- Work with Data, BI, and Onboarding teams to ensure accurate reporting and actionable insights.
- Track agent retention, manage churn risk, and implement proactive engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales and Panel Managers to resolve issues and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide clear, data-driven performance reports to management to guide strategic decisions.
- Support continuous improvement by feeding back market insights and user feedback.
- Monitor market trends, compliance changes, and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry shifts.
- Contribute to process alignment and service excellence across the Movebutler ecosystem.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, Sales, or Training.
- Background in estate agency, conveyancing, or proptech sectors.
- Proven success managing B2B relationships, ideally in property, conveyancing, or related services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Confident communicator, capable of presenting findings and recommendations clearly.
- Experience collaborating with data/reporting teams to ensure accuracy and insight generation.
- Ability to train, influence, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
