Job Title: Agent Relationship Co-Ordinator
The Agent relationship coordinator role sits within the Revenue and Sales Department, reporting to the Agent Relationship Manager.
International Agent relationships form a key part of the our Business Strategy at Student Roost, with the team being the integral link between International and national partners, our properties and other central services. We ensure the International sales targets are met through daily sales activity, both internally and externally and opportunities for sales growth is sought at the earliest opportunity.
It is an enjoyable, social, welcoming, and rewarding team to work in, with challenges that ensure no two days are the same.
With over 25 International Agents, 200 international booking coordinator relationships to assist, and our Student Roost property teams to support with the International Agent enquires, each day is as diverse as the next. Being part of this International arena is an invaluable experience of cultures and behaviours from around the world.
We are a target driven team, with excellent communication and people skills, and have knowledge of social platforms which enhance the Agents experience through their sales journey with us.

You will be someone we can count on to:
**OWN**
The day-to-day administration of the Agent coordinator relationships.
Sales Booking process for Agent booking coordinators.
Co-ordinate queries and responses from Agents to property teams and vice versa.
Administer the Agent group communication platforms.
Update and distribute Agent marketing materials.
Carry out viewings and sales training for Agents with relevant property teams.
**DO**
Regularly update the Student Roost property teams on any relevant agent information.
Ensure KPIs are met on the Agent websites for Student Roost property rankings and that content is accurate and up to date.
Support the coordination and update of all property marketing materials for Agents to have including, but not limited to floor plans, offers, images and video content.
Identify issues and risks that may inhibit bookings, offering solutions to resolve.
Send the pending offers report to Agents daily, highlighting risks to the Agent Relationship Manager.
Gather marketplace intel for predicted Student flow trends, identifying key Sources of Countries and targeted property sales.

Knowledge of the Agents we work with.
Research the effects of the environmental and political changes that may affect sales/student enquires.
Keep up to date with changing communication channels and social media platforms.
**COLLABORATE**
Build excellent relationships with Student Roost property teams and other internal colleagues.
Professionally manage and build the relationships with International Agents.
Work closely with the Agent team and other Student Roost teams, keeping up to date on sales and trends.
Understand the statutory and legal accountabilities of the role and Department.
