Current Opportunities -

Head of Care

  • Oversee daily care operations and ensure the highest standards of person-centred care.
  • Lead, support, and mentor the care team.
  • Work closely with management to maintain compliance with CQC standards.
  • Requirements: Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards), leadership experience in a care setting.

Senior Care Assistants

  • Support the Head of Care with staff supervision and care planning.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide hands-on care and promote residents' independence.
  • Requirements: Level 3 in Health & Social Care, experience in a senior role preferred.

Care Assistants

  • Provide compassionate, person-centred care and support to residents with daily living.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their families.
  • Requirements: No experience required – full training provided Enthusiasm and empathy are essential.

Chef / Cook

  • Prepare nutritious, homely meals tailored to residents' dietary needs.
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
  • Requirements: Experience in a care or catering environment preferred, Food Hygiene Certificate desirable.

Activities Coordinator

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities and events that enrich residents' lives.
  • Encourage participation and support residents' wellbeing and interests.
  • Requirements: Creative, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills. Experience in care or community engagement is a bonus.
