Digital Analytics Manager

Job Overview:
We are a small consultancy focused on delivering maximum value back to our clients, and we are currently seeking a Digital Analytics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or other digital analytics platforms, along with a strong desire to get involved in a variety of different projects with clients.
As our Digital Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting data from a variety of sources, providing insights and recommendations to clients, and helping them make informed decisions about their digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and digital marketing objectives
- Develop and implement data collection strategies, ensuring that all necessary data is being captured accurately and efficiently
- Analyse data from a variety of sources, including Google Analytics, social media platforms, and advertising campaigns
- Develop reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics and insights to clients
- Use data to identify areas for optimization and improvement in clients' digital marketing strategies
- Collaborate with other team members, contractors and client stakeholders including designers, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality work to clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics and marketing, and share this knowledge with clients and team members
- Conduct website audits and analyze user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar analytics platforms.
- Identify areas of the website where user experience can be improved to increase conversion rates.
- Develop hypotheses for A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, data science, statistics, or computer science is preferred. A master's degree in a relevant field can also be an advantage.
- 3+ years of experience in digital analytics or a related field, such as data analysis or digital marketing.
- A strong understanding of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other web analytics platforms, is a must.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio is also important.
- Skills in analyzing and interpreting complex data, developing insights and recommendations based on that data, and communicating those insights to stakeholders effectively.
- Needs to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Must have strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Understand the business goals of the organization and be able to develop analytics strategies that align with those goals.
- Be committed to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in digital analytics.
