As the Digital Analytics Specialist, you will receive a competitive salary, a generous benefits package including training and development, up to 6% employer contributory pension, and a quarterly bonus.Your ResponsibilitiesAs Digital Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for:Managing data ingestion workflows via AEP Data Collection UI / Adobe Launch, mapping data to XDM schemasBuilding and maintaining Unified Customer Profiles using Identity ServiceCreating and activating audience segments with AEP Real-time CDP and Segment BuilderEnabling cross-channel audience activation by integrating with platforms such as Google Ads 360, DSPs, ESPs, and othersMonitoring and troubleshooting data flows from collection to activationDesigning and implementing audience strategies for personalization, retargeting, and lookalike audiencesWorking with marketing teams to define and optimize customer journeys and campaign KPIsBuilding dashboards and calculated metrics in Adobe/analytics platforms for stakeholder reportingImplementing and managing tags, SDKs, and tracking pixels using Adobe Launch and Google Tag ManagerSupporting GDPR, consent management, and governance practices within AEPMandatory SkillsYou will have a solid understanding of:Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Adobe Launch, Google Ads 360, Tag Managers (GTM), ESPs, Analytics ToolsCDP data unification, identity stitching, segmentation, retargeting, personalization, journey orchestrationCampaign measurement (CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS), audience performance trackingXDM schema design, consent/governance, API-based integrationsTagging/pixels, SDK implementation, segmentation logic, reporting dashboardsDesirable SkillsIdeally, you will be familiar with:Integrating AEP with ad platforms (Google Ads 360, Facebook, DSPs), ESPs, and analytics toolsLeveraging AEP APIs for audience and data management workflowsTroubleshooting low match rates or sync delays with platforms by validating identity mappings, hashing, and consent alignmentApplying concepts like frequency capping, sequential conditions, and cross-channel journeysEqual OpportunitiesWipro is an advocate for positive change and conscious inclusion.
