Sous Chef Required for busy Four star hotel. Must have a fresh food rosette level back ground with a positive can do attitude. You will be working alongside Head Chef & Senior Sous chef in all areas of the business including weddings up to 350 covers, our all day dining cafe and our fine dining restaurant. Responsibilities to include day to day running of one of our 4 kitchens, being responsible for monitoring hygiene and training levels of junior chefs & insuring quality of food and service. Based on a 5 day week over 45 hours.
