At Cosy Club, you can expect casual days, vibrant evenings, from brunch and coffee to dinner and drinks, our guests join us for an experience like no other.

Our Roaming Sous Chefs are a support to the region, you'll cover kitchen team holidays and get drafted into sites that need an extra pair of hands on the busy shifts. In this role you'll need to be able to dive into any service and help pick up the daily operations of the sites you cover. Ultimately, you'll be the champion in every kitchen in the region

As one of our Roaming Sous Chefs, you could earn in the region £42,000 per year:

  • Base Salary: Up to £34k - £36k per year depending on experience
  • Tronc: Estimated between £5.5k - £7.5k per annum
  • Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required
