Job Summary

We are seeking two full time  commercially astute Sales Managers to drive  a new strategy for our Revision skincare division capitalising on the current growth in Great Britian with a focus on new business development and drive regional sales performance across the North and South of GB*.  This is a strategic sales role focused on identifying and converting new opportunities, expanding our clinic footprint, and delivering sustainable revenue growth. The two Sales Managers will be responsible for building high-value partnerships, managing key accounts, and executing territory plans that align with our brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory-wide strategy to acquire new clinic partners and open high-potential accounts
  • Prepare, implement, and monitor a business plan for account doors in your area to drive sales and achieve targets, to share with leadership
  • Create and present collaborative business plans on a quarterly basis with key clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the aesthetics and advanced skincare sectors
  • Support both brick – and -mortar accounts, and e-commerce accounts.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and secure long-term partnerships with clinics and medical professionals
  • Deliver revenue growth through strategic planning, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with marketing and training teams to support product launches and promotional campaigns
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and positioning
  • Represent AestheticSource/RSC at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities in the UK with possible international travel.
  • Provide commercial insight and feedback to internal teams to shape future product and service offerings
  • Ensure consistent brand representation and customer experience across all new accounts

Essential Skills and Competencies

  • Sales experience, preferably within the medical aesthetics or advanced skincare industry with a proven track record in new business development and territory expansion
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and high-value partnerships
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Results-driven with a focus on accountability and performance
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to deliver 4 – 5 days per week face to face appointments.

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum three years in a senior sales or new business role, ideally within the aesthetics, skincare, or healthcare sectors
  • Demonstrated success in opening new accounts and driving commercial growth
  • Familiarity with aesthetic clinic environments and advanced skincare technologies
  • Understanding of sell-in/sell-through dynamics and commercial KPIs
  • Experience in launching new brands or products into clinical settings
