Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and establishing new client relationships, managing the sales cycle, promoting products and services, meeting sales targets, and resolving customer inquiries. The role requires an emphasis on providing excellent customer experiences and maintaining professional communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Experience in product promotion, market research, and customer acquisition
- Effective communication, presentation, and active listening skills
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work in a goal-driven environment
- Organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
- Proficiency in relevant sales tools or CRM platforms is a plus
- Educational background in Business, Sales, or related fields is preferred
