We're looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Executive to help plan and deliver multi-channel B2B campaigns, build marketing assets in HubSpot, and keep projects moving day-to-day. You'll support the client delivery team and take ownership of clearly defined projects. About the role:

You'll execute campaign activity across content, email, automation, social, paid and SEO, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and to spec. You'll support client communication, contribute ideas, and own smaller projects or mini-campaigns end-to-end.

For someone moving up from Marketing Executive, this is a chance to broaden your channel mix, deepen your HubSpot skills and take on more responsibility.

What you'll do

  • Build & launch emails, landing pages, forms, lists and nurture workflows in HubSpot.

  • Create & repurpose content (briefs, outlines, social posts, emails, LP copy) with our creative team.

  • Schedule & optimise social, paid and email activity to agreed plans and budgets.

  • CRM Data Management: properties, lists, lifecycle stages, lead scoring (with guidance).

  • Track KPIs & report: compile dashboards/updates; flag insights and next-step ideas.

  • Assist project management: status notes, actions, timelines, and QA to keep work on track.

  • Quality control across tone, brand, accessibility and compliance.

Essential

  • 3+ years in a professional marketing role (agency or in-house).

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot/Marketo), analytics (e.g., HubSpot/GA) and/or CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce).

  • Solid grasp of modern digital/B2B marketing best practices.

  • Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail.

  • Dual-minded: creative with copy/ideas but also process-driven and data-literate.

Advantageous

  • Advanced HubSpot knowledge.
  • Exposure to RevOps concepts.
  • B2B experience, ideally in manufacturing or complex sales cycles.
  • Comfort creating and interpreting marketing reports/dashboards.
