We have an outstanding opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join a leading Warwickshire based retailer, with hybrid working of 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. The company have seen an unprecedented period of expansion and have ambitious plansto continue to grow their market-share. The company offer a range of branded and own label products to their loyal customer base, many of which are sourced from local suppliers.

About the role:
Based at their modern and vibrant offices, you will have primary accountability for developing, planning, and delivering marketing campaigns. You will be required to demonstrate excellent communication and people skills in order to build and maintain solidworking relationships both internally and externally to achieve marketing goals. You will play a lead role in co-ordinating marketing activity including online, offline and via social media platforms.

About the person

To be considered for the position, you need will need to have marketing experience working within a fast-paced retail, FMCG or other consumer facing environment. Whilst it would be ideal if you have food or drink experience, we will consider other productareas. You will ideally have exposure to a broad and diverse range of the marketing mix, both online and offline. You will also have great interpersonal skills with the ability build relationships and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
