Role Overview:
The Membership coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the membership experience, from leads to retention, ensuring our members receive exceptional service and value. This role will involve strategic planning, relationship building, and operational oversight to grow membership numbers and enhance member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement membership strategies to drive growth and retention.
- Manage membership enquiries and the onboarding process.
- Maintain and update membership records accurately.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective members.
- Work closely with marketing and events teams to deliver member engagement activities.
- Monitor and report on membership trends.
- Address member queries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a membership, customer service, or account management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in membership management software or CRM systems is a plus.
