The RoleWe're on the hunt for a dynamic Fulfilment Manager to lead our day-to-day fulfilment operations, ensuring seamless delivery for both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and retail customers.
You'll take ownership of critical processes, collaborate across teams, and help drive efficiency to make sure every customer order we send out exceeds expectations.
Key ownership areas- Through effective leadership of 20+ Fulfilment team members be responsible for safely optimising performance, across a balanced KPI scorecard, to deliver a world class customer experience.
- Responsible for training, coaching and mentoring team members. Conducting regular development/performance reviews with team members and acting as a first point of escalation and management for the Fulfilment team members.
- Engage the team to drive performance across Quality and Picking Accuracy with a process of continuous improvement to support a best in class Customer Experience
- Auditing and maintaining operational standards across the board, from food safety compliance to record-keeping.
- Responsible for delivering 100% OTIF service levels with zero substitutions to all customers.
- Responsible for taking decisions relating to People and Safety issues, championing Food Safety and Health & Safety cultures to protect our Brand, Reputation and People.
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement, empowering the team to drive operational excellence.
- Leading efficiency projects to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with our 3PL partner – you'll be their go-to contact.
- Partnering cross-functionally with Warehouse, Engineering, Tech, Finance, Technical and Customer Experience.

- Hands-on: equally comfortable troubleshooting on the floor or digging into data and extracting valuable insights which improve our Customer, Operational, People or Financial performance.
- Sharp attention to detail: nothing slips past you.
- A natural influencer: you can rally a team, even when you're not in charge.
- An exceptional communicator: both in writing and face-to-face.
- An efficiency obsessive: with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement
- 3 years leading a large team with Production/ Fulfilment or Despatch Management experience
- Financial know-how to make savvy business decisions.
- Experience working with third party logistic partners (3PLs)
