Role Description
This is a Full-time on-site role based in Haverhill for a Fundraising Manager. The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with major donors, coordinating fundraising campaigns, and managing annual giving programs. The role involves creating and executing effective fundraising strategies, enhancing outreach to philanthropic individuals and organisations, and collaborating with charities and other partners to maximize support for REACH's mission.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to engage and build relationships with major donors and philanthropic organisations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey the organisation's mission and vision
- Experience working with charities in a fundraising or philanthropy-related capacity
- Knowledge of planning and managing successful annual giving campaigns
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Passion for addressing poverty and making a positive social impact
- Previous experience in fundraising or non-profit work is a plus
