We are looking for an efficient and accurate Supply Chain Admin Intern to be part of our Operations team in the London Head Office. The successful candidate is a proactive and detail orientated individual, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
This role requires flexibility to work Monday to Sunday, 40 hours per week.
Job responsibilities
Complete all administration for the processing of UK returns and communication with the relevant boutiques.
- Working on daily checks and consolidation of returns.
- Processing and assisting with store export Prêt-à-portererwork, ensuring the highest level of accuracy.
- being involved in daily communication with stores.
- Assisting with the return to vendor (RTV) processes.
- Assisting in ensuring that correct process is in place within the UK store network and brokers.
- Acting as a strong link between all the parties involved in RTV.
- Assisting in ad-hoc operations projects.
- Communicate with all parties on the stock activity for efficient daily operations.
- Participate in and support the Stock Management team on the annual and daily stock takes and ensure targets are achieved.
- Attend and participate in all team meetings.
- Build relationships with colleagues across the Stock team, Store teams and Head Office to ensure commercial efficiency.
- Carry out any additional duties as directed by the Management team.
Profile
- Previous administration experience, ideally from a fast-paced retailer.
- The ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
- Excellent problem solving and numerical skills.
- A flexible and committed attitude.
- Strong Excel skills.
Additional information
Must be available to start by January 5th, 2026.
This role requires flexibility to work Monday to Sunday, 40 hours per week.
