  • Role split between West London office (2 days a week) and home (3 days a week)

The role:

  • As Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will lead and develop a team of 6 planners focusing on driving supplier performance, capacity planning, inventory control and strategic sourcing.
  • The Supply Chain Planning Manager will work cross functionally and collaboratively with various teams internally and externally with suppliers to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • In the role the Supply Chain Planning Manager will optimise supplier performance through KPI tracking, building supplier relationships and strategic development initiatives.
  • Having fantastic leadership qualities, the Supply Chain Planning Manager will develop supplier network capabilities to future proof the supply chain
  • The Supply Chain Planning Manager will manage significant supply chain inventory ensuring stock optimisation and procurement efficiency.
  • Having fantastic influencing and collaboration skills the Supply Chain Planning Manager will lead projects across multiple areas working with various stakeholders

Ideal candidate:

  • You will have strong experience of supply chain planning gained from either UK food retail, hospitality, or FMCG.
  • It is essential for the Supply Chain Planning Manager to have fantastic leadership skills and qualities and have a proven track record of driving a high-performance culture both with team and suppliers.
  • Experience must be from a complex large consumer focused organisation and you be comfortable in a matrix structure. However, you also must be happy to build and develop tools and processes.
  • Ideally you will have experience gained from the Middle East but not essential. However, you must be able to demonstrate working with different cultures and ways of working
  • You will have fantastic influencing skills and have a collaborative style with a proven track record of engaging and working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels across multiple functions
  • Having an entrepreneurial style, you will be focused on finding solutions and creating opportunity and will be able to engage and take stakeholders on the journey to achieve supply chain project objectives.
  • You will be comfortable regularly communicating with senior individuals including board level

  • Excellent package – up to £70,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits
  • Location = Role split between West London office (2 days a week) and home (3 days a week)
