- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
- Excellent work ethic, accountability, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

You're responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and connecting them to the magic of working at Google. You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient.
In this role, you will be a key player in identifying and attracting talent to Google Cloud in Germany. You will directly support the growth and success of our Cloud Customers business in Germany, enabling them to continue leading innovation in their respective product areas. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for proactively engaging and hiring exceptional applicants for a variety of go-to-market roles, including Cloud Sales, Client Solutions and Technical Solutions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop hiring strategies to deliver for the business.

- Recruit and hire Go-To-Market talent ensuring attainment of business hiring objectives.
- Deliver an efficient and high-touch experience for every applicants from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of applicants.
- Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies that attract high-quality applicants through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research.
- Collaborate effectively with interview teams and all levels of management to ensure preparedness during the interview process and facilitate seamless information exchange.
- Discuss offers to close talent, leveraging and partnering with executive management to secure critical hires.
