An elite boutique search firm is hiring an ambitious
360 GTM Recruitment Consultant experienced in Insuretech or Payments Tech
to join their high-performing team. With a clear route to
Partner level and equity
, this is a unique opportunity for recruiters ready to take their career to the next stage.

About the Role

This firm works exclusively with
disruptive SaaS, Cybersecurity, and FinTech vendors
globally, placing commercial talent across
Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product
. You'll operate with
full autonomy
, managing clients and candidates end-to-end on high-value assignments.

What's on Offer:


Up to £70k basic + 20–40% commission


Remote working or hybrid from Brighton/Reading/London


No micromanagement, no vanity KPIs – run your desk your way

Access to retained projects and strong existing client relationships

Proven 360 recruitment experience within GTM Payments or Insuretech

Confidence in developing and managing client relationships at a senior level
