Job Description:
Join Scarlet as a GTM Engineer to build and scale the core systems powering our go-to-market. You'll optimize sales and marketing tech stacks, develop sophisticated market analysis engines, and leverage data to inform strategic decisions. This pivotal role combines technical build-out with commercial research, directly impacting our growth and market presence.

What you will do:
Build and optimize systems to empower sales and marketing, integrating tech stacks and automating workflows.
Develop a sophisticated engine for continuous market analysis and prospect identification.
Own GTM analytics, using data to inform and refine Scarlet's go-to-market strategy for optimal results.
The ideal candidate:
Proven experience in building and optimizing GTM-related systems and tech stacks.
Strong analytical skills for market research, data interpretation, and strategic insights.
A blend of technical proficiency and commercial acumen to solve complex GTM challenges.
