Our Organisational Development Facilitator role is critical to how we engage and invest in our people and strengthen our change readiness. You will design and deliver initiatives to support change, learning, leadership and culture, aligned to our people strategy through the principles of strong roots, grow, connect, and empower.

About you

You will have experience of facilitating and delivering organisational development initiatives and are able to communicate and build good working relationships with people across all types of roles and responsibilities. You will be committed to our values of learning, empathy, ambition and fairness and understand how these are demonstrated in yours and others work. This is a permanent full-time role, Monday – Friday, and we're happy to consider flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.
