Join to apply for the Creative Programme Manager role at Energise MeIn this brand new role you'll be helping communities across the New Forest create, experience and take part in arts and cultural activities they wouldn't usually have access to.You will support the delivery of our Culture in Common Programme in the New Forest, working with the Programme Director on the delivery of projects, workshops and events, and be the main liaison for our Community Champions.You will bring your creativity to develop creative programming with grassroots organisations, and use your communication skills to deliver community consultations across the New Forest.You will also be expected to help us and Arts Council England monitor success, and understand what works and what doesn’t.Pay and BenefitsFull time role (35 hours per week). We will consider applications for part-time, a minimum of 28 hours per week.Salary range: £32,500 to £39,200 per annum (FTE)10% Employer pension contributionRole HighlightsCreatively programming arts and culture activities alongside communitiesManaging strategic and operational relationships and building networksAdvising and training local events organisers on the use of community voice and insightDay‑to‑day management of the programme, including contract and budget managementCapturing learning and insight to feed into the programme evaluationRepresenting Culture in Common at community and programme eventsWe work in communities across the New Forest; travel within the district will be expected.We offer great flexibility as an organisation. We’re in the office two days a week, and make sure we’re all in Winchester on a Tuesday and Lyndhurst on a Wednesday so we can meet as a team.
