Our client, a fast-growing and innovative consumer goods brand is looking for a TikTok Shop Executive to join their ambitious e-commerce team.

If you're obsessed with TikTok trends, love spotting what makes products go viral, and want to help shape how brands show up on one of the fastest growing shopping platforms this is the perfect next step.

You'll report directly to the E-commerce Growth Manager, working hands-on across campaigns, performance analysis, and creative activations that drive visibility, conversion, and community engagement.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and optimising TikTok Shop campaigns to grow visibility and sales
  • Partnering with creators, affiliates, and influencers to drive authentic engagement
  • Analysing campaign data and performance metrics to improve ROI and conversions
  • Supporting content creation helping bring creative ideas to life with the marketing team
  • Forecasting stock levels and ensuring smooth availability for promotions and sales events
  • Assisting with product launches, troubleshooting listings, and identifying optimisation opportunities
  • Managing daily performance reports and presenting actionable insights
  • Supporting cross-platform strategy (Amazon & TikTok Shop) to maximise growth

What they're looking for:

  • Around 2 years' experience in an e-commerce or commercial role, ideally within a consumer goods or SME environment
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop (and ideally some exposure to Amazon)
  • A data-driven mindset with an eye for creative storytelling
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills especially with creators and partners
  • Proactive, organised, and eager to take ownership in a fast-moving environment
