Our Creative Studio team is looking for a Casting Editor to shape the talent behind our world-class storytelling across every visual platform. This role is a fixed-term contract until December 2026.

About the Role

As Casting Editor, you'll lead the casting strategy for Harrods' diverse content channels and high-profile brand events, ensuring every talent choice reflects our brand identity and resonates with our audiences. This is a dynamic, collaborative role that blends creative vision with strategic execution, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver exceptional casting outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading casting execution across Social, Marketing, , Editorial, Events, and Private Shopping.
  • Acting as a consultant on model selection, rate negotiations, and agency partnerships for flagship campaigns and events.
  • Developing and maintaining casting guidelines, compliance documents, and safeguarding policies.

The working pattern for this role is Monday-Friday; however, we are looking for someone who can be flexible.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as 'Hybrid'. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

Please see our policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy coaching others to grow.

You must have:

  • Proven experience in casting within fashion, beauty, or luxury sectors.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with budget management expertise.
  • A solid understanding of compliance and safeguarding in casting processes.
