Role: Director of Business Transformation

Location: London / Hybrid

Start: ASAP

Salary: £180-200k

We are seeking a Director of Business Transformation to shape and own transformation at enterprise level and drive organisation-wide strategic change.

This is a high profile opportunity to help shape the future of an organisation, working closely with the Executive Committee to translate strategic vision into actionable, measurable outcomes

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, refine and executive the organisation's strategic transformation initiatives
  • Apply a business-first approach to change, balancing strategy with operational execution

Key Skills

  • Proven experience in business strategy and transformation; must be able to set and execute the strategy with a strong business-focused mentality
  • Strong experience in customer journey design, Agile value-stream leadership and organisational re-design / TOM re-design
  • Must have worked very closely with executive boards and have a track record of influencing senior stakeholders at ExCo level coupled with exceptional communication skills
  • Financial Services experience is a must (We are interested in speaking to people who have worked in smaller environments as well as large financial institutions)
  • Will possess a Continuous improvement mindset where Customer centricity is at the heart of everything they do
