EPM Transformation Director

Our client is seeking a seasoned EPM Transformation Director to lead a strategic finance transformation initiative focused on migrating from Oracle Hyperion to OneStream. This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing the enterprise performance management (EPM) roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering a seamless transition to a modern, unified platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end transformation program from Oracle Hyperion to OneStream.
- Develop and execute the migration strategy, including data mapping, process redesign, and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee project governance, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and external partners to ensure successful implementation.
- Drive change management and user adoption across global finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls.
- Provide strategic insights to optimize planning, consolidation, and reporting processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading Hyperion to OneStream migration projects.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Hyperion suite (HFM, Planning, Essbase) and OneStream XF platform.
- Strong background in finance transformation, EPM strategy, and system implementation.
- Experience working with global finance teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior consulting experience or working with large enterprises is a plus.
