We are looking for someone to join our Brand Development Team for Scotland, North East & Northern Ireland. If you are looking to make a step into brand advocacy this could be the role for you

We are looking for someone with a demonstratable skill behind the stick (with great knowledge of coffee & cocktails), a true passion for the hospitality industry in the UK, a well-established network in the London and an ability to empower and train others. The role would be suitable for those with varied backgrounds; bartender, barista, manager or someone currently in advocacy or sales.

WHAT YOU BRING

You've got at least 4 years' experience in the F&B world, including things like:

·      
Bartending or bar management

·      
Brand ambassadorship or advocacy

·      
Brand development or trade marketing

·      
On-trade sales or other B2B roles

You're confident in areas like:

·      
Coffee & cocktail creation / mixology

·      
Menu development

·      
Organising samplings, training sessions and events

You know your stuff when it comes to:

·      
Ingredients, flavours and techniques

·      
Venue and menu innovation

·      
UK hospitality and beverage trends

·      
Key market players and competitors

·      
Financial metrics and revenue

Some information about the package

  • Full time role – 40 hours per week
  • Salary from £32k
  • Car Allowance £3k
  • Performance related annual bonus up to £3k
  • Company Pension Contribution 3%
  • Cash Plan Benefits
  • 25 days Holiday+ Bank Holidays
  • Extra day off for your Birthday
  • Extra day off when you reach 3,5,6,9 years

The role requires a full drivers license and that you are based in Edinburgh. UK wide travel will also be a part of this role. Please note the role is full-time so we wont be able to consider any part-time applications.
