We're a growing team, looking for someone ambitious, creative, and hands-on to help build and manage brand presence both for our internal brand and for clients.

Role Overview

As a Junior Brand Associate at The Blueprint Group, you'll play a vital role in supporting brand strategy, campaign execution, and performance tracking. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, marketing, sales, and creative teams to deliver consistent brand storytelling and growth across channels.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of marketing experience (or strong internship experience) who wants to build a career in brand management within an agency or client-side marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help develop and refine brand strategy, messaging, and identity in alignment with business goals
  • Assist in planning and executing campaigns (offline and digital) – including events
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, creative, operations) and external agencies to bring campaigns to life
  • Oversee brand assets (guidelines, collateral, visual identity) and ensure consistency across touchpoints
  • Generate and manage briefs for creative work, monitor production, quality-check deliverables
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate insights from data, and present learnings and recommendations
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insight gathering
  • Support product or service launches, promotions, partnerships, and co-branding initiatives

Person Specification / Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business, Communications or related field)
  • 1–2 years' experience in marketing, brand, or agency environment (internships count)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset, with attention to detail
  • Analytical thinking and comfort working with metrics (e.g. campaign KPIs, reporting)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to change
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Desirable:

  • Experience with digital marketing (social media, email, online ads)
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe suite)
  • Understanding of offline activation / experiential marketing
  • Exposure to B2B or agency-side marketing
  • Budget / P&L awareness
