Role Description

This is an exciting full-time Sales Associate role based on-site in the City of Edinburgh. The Sales Associate will provide outstanding service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that reflect the brand's premium values. Key responsibilities include fostering long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and staying updated on brand collections and trends. The role requires a proactive approach to enhancing customer experience and supporting store operations.

  • Prior experience in luxury retail or fashion retail is highly desirable
