Overview:
TMA Sports Management Ltd is hiring a driven Sales & Partnerships Associate to support commercial growth across Scottish sport. The role is centred on daily outreach, opening conversations with clubs, governing bodies, brands, and sponsors, and building a consistent early-stage pipeline. It suits someone who enjoys relationship-building, works well independently, and can maintain steady output in a fast-moving environment.
This is an outcome-led role with flexible hours. Success is measured by activity, pipeline creation, and the volume of meaningful conversations. Strong performers will have the opportunity to move into a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily outreach to clubs, NGBs, brands, partners, and sponsors
• Identify and approach key decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and calls
• Support new Lokkaroom club and athlete builds
• Create simple sales assets such as proposals and one-pagers
• Keep the prospect pipeline organised and up to date
• Build structured prospect lists across multiple categories
• Support early-stage partnership conversations and maintain momentum
About You:
You take initiative and get things moving without waiting for instructions. You're comfortable reaching out, confident starting conversations, and not fazed by hearing "no." You're reliable, organised, and motivated by results. You enjoy working independently, you follow through, and you take pride in seeing a pipeline grow because of your own work. Above all, you enjoy connecting with people and opening doors.
Requirements:
• Clear, confident communicator
• Comfortable with high-volume proactive outreach
• Interest in Scottish sport or willingness to learn quickly
• Strong written communication skills (LinkedIn and email especially)
• Reliable, organised, and able to manage workload independently
• Self-motivated and consistent, with the ability to meet weekly output targets
• Suitable for someone seeking flexible, part-time work
Qualifications:
• Ability to develop partnerships and manage early relationships
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Familiarity with digital tools and CRMs is beneficial
• Experience in sports marketing or a related field is an advantage
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar discipline is preferred
