We are seeking an experienced Commercial Negotiator of all aspects of Commercial property

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with the sales and lettings process for commercial properties , ensuring smooth transactions from initial enquiry to completion.
  • Negotiating lease terms, sale prices, and other commercial terms on behalf of clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice on market conditions.
  • Preparing and managing property listings, marketing materials, and contracts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial property sales and lettings.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of the local retail property market.
