About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, motivated and professional Lettings Negotiator to join our London team. You will be responsible for managing applicant enquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth and compliant lettings process from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to lettings enquiries via phone, email and online platforms
  • Qualify applicants and match them to suitable properties
  • Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
  • Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to achieve the best outcome
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
  • Maintain accurate records on CRM systems
  • Handle tenancy progression, including referencing and tenancy agreements
  • Work closely with property management to ensure a smooth move-in process
  • Achieve and exceed monthly lettings targets and KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures

Requirements

  • Experience in lettings or sales (preferred but not essential for a junior role)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and a target-driven approach
  • Confident, well-presented, and professional manner
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and applicants
  • Good knowledge of the London property market (advantageous)
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred depending on area)
