Vacancy: SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Leytonstone, E11

Salary: OTE: £40 -£45k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator with a solid understanding of the residential property industry to join a growing independent estate agency in the Leytonstone, E11 area.

The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, make sound decisions, and interact with clients in a calm, professional manner. You must be hardworking, organised, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.

Previous experience in residential sales or lettings negotiation is essential, along with excellent communication skills, a personable nature, and a valid driver's license.

The Company: Our client is a forward thinking, well established property consultancy, offering specialist estate agency services for owners, occupiers or investors within the East London Area.

Previous residential sales and / or lettings experience essentialArticulate and with excellent inter-personal skillsBe able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of customer serviceGood telephone mannerWell presented, ambitious and self-motivatedFull UK driving license requiredLocal knowledge of the Leytonstone area is preferred
